ITEM CARE

I expect my items to be used and loved for years to come; and with life comes messes.

Hand Wash

Fill a sink or the bottom of a tub with cool or lukewarm water (if you wouldn't bath a baby in it, don't put your wool in it!) with a small (dime sized) amount of gentle shampoo or wool wash soap. Place your item in the water and let soak. Do not agitate or mix. Gentle squishing is ok. Leave soak for 1 - 2 hrs. Drain water; gently squeeze item to remove excess water - do not wring.

Hand Drying

Lay a bath towel on a flat surface; place damp/wet item on top of the towel. Roll the towel and item together. Gently press on all sides so that the towel will absorb the water. Unroll and lay item on a flat surface to dry.

Machine Wash/Dry
- Cloths Only

Cotton cloths can be machine washed and dried. Place cloths in washer with your other household towels. Wash with cool or hot water. Tumble dry on medium heat. Cloths can be steam ironed on high to reshape them to as they were when purchased.
